We have negotiated several rooms at the Activity Center of Academia Sinica and the City Lake Hotel at discount rates. We would like to mention that the number of rooms is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, please make your reservation as early as possible and definitely prior to March 31, 2010. If you need special assistance, please contact us by Email. The Activity Center of Academia Sinica The Activity Center of Academia Sinica is located within Academia Sinica, and it is the most convenient for anybody attending the symposium. Standard Single NT$1,100 Standard Twin NT$1,400 (Breakfast NOT included) *Payment in Taiwanese currency only. No credit cards.* The City Lake Hotel http://citylake.myhotel.com.tw/ It takes around 15 min by taxi from the hotel to the Academia Sinica. It takes about 30 minutes by bus (No.645 or No.620) from the City Lake Hotel (Bus Stop: Kangning Junior College of Nursing) to Academia Sinica (Bus Stop: Academia Sinica). It costs NT$15 for each way each person. Standard Single (Double bed) NT$2,602 (per room/ night) Standard King (King-size bed) NT$2,904 (per room/ night) Deluxe Twin (Twin beds) NT$3,388 (per room/ night) (Breakfast, tax, and service charge included) A deposit of one night is required for hotel reservation.Please add that amount to the Registration fee when making the payment. Please pay the remaining balance to the front desk when you check out. Cancellations received 2 days prior to the date of check-in will be 100% refunded.No refund will be given for cancellations received afterwards.
